Personal Information Record

Anyone wishing to participate in an activity run by section leaders or representatives of Scouts Australia needs to complete a Personal Information Record and hand it to the leader prior to the event. This includes parents or guardians of children (Grown-ups sometimes injure themselves, too!).

Special Activity Permission Form

This form must be completed when participating in activities controlled or supervised by someone who is not a member of Scouts Australia.
